I came in this institution when it was still Monash and I really miss that, the services were better and everything was beneficial for everyone, the institution met the students halfway as for this IIE MSA constantly changing the system and the system not working, on your portal you literally find other students documents uploaded there, I've been raising this issue since 2020 that my portal is reflecting someone else's academic record and registration documents till today it's not fixed, second semester I went to the offices especially because the modules were not reflecting and I was told it's because I was not registered, it is the end of the year and not once has my name appeared on the school register, everytime it had to be added at the bottom, as for the marks issue, I was not given my supp mark until I asked for it 3 months after writing, also the scroll released supp dates before the system for marks was fixed, I'm so glad I'm not coming back next year and if no institution takes me I'm going back to upgrade my grade 12 marks

Honestly disappointed in the customer service and the waiting time when you call in. I've waited over 20min on the phone just to get assistance from reception. It's unfortunate that they are quick to take your money but slow to deliver service.

Everything about this school is a disaster. My core discipline is international studies, they told me l don't need to do some module l went there more than 4 times to verify but now they telling me l can't graduate. It is bad enough that Monash sold us to IIE MSA without informing is now they are behaving this way..... I don't recommend this school at all. I REPEAT DONT ENROL IN THIS SCHOOL. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Biggest waste of money. Lecturers just read to you, horrible customer service from day 1 to graduation and beyond. Racist security guards that discriminate heavily against coloureds. Coloured population is extremely low and victimized by lecturers, security guards and even students. Had a on campus psychologist that exposed everything I confided in her. I was the victim of numerous knife attacks on campus, I was lucky to get away alive. Security did absolutely nothing and deleted any footage that would incriminate the university. I also had a lecturer that wouldn't even read my essays and mark me 0. Thankfully he's no longer with the university. This clown of a lecturer goes by the name Immanuel Maravanika. When I confronted the head of department they were extremely unhelpful and didn't bother looking further into the issue

love yourself,  choose peace and find yourself another institution to study at. msa isnt the one for you.

I was assisted by a very kind and helpful admin officer, Mr Colyn James  and we sorted out all queries in an effective and convenient manner. I personally would like to applaud him for his services especially when staff is under a lot of pressure.  It was good to have him assist me.

I have been waiting for my final year results for over a month now. They claim to not know when they will be released.

My daughter is studying BCOM law at this institute . She loves the Campus but the administration is a nightmare. However I have the support and assistance of Colyn James who is the planning and scheduling coordinator .Colyn goes out of his way to assist with any issue whether it is his area or not . I would definitely consider leaving had it not been for Colyn who manages to resolve all my issues with other departments . Thank you Colyn .Love your work and attitude.

University WiFi is terrible and unreliable. Facilities are clean and disinfected, rules are adhered to. My last year on this campus is next year. I don't think I will come back again. I enjoyed the original owners Monash Australia who kept a very high standard.

I have studied at the institution for 4 years. I enrolled with the initial MUSA, actual 5 star service and facilities. IIEMSA has deteriorated to a sad husk of an institution. I am still currently fighting with them for a refund they OWE ME the campus FALSELY registered me against my knowledge for an honours degree that I DID NOT APPLY FOR, accepted my fee's for studying - which we paid full-settlement upfront - and did not bother telling me that the degree I was told I'm doing was no longer offered by the institution. I got distinctions for all my subjects, yet I do not know when I'm graduating, I do not know when I will receive my refund, the University is filled with crisis and uncertainty. If you want academic progress for yourself, do not study here. You will be lied to, you will be poorly treated by the staff and most importantly, you will never hear from the institution regarding important communication. The only reason IIEMSA gets 1 star is because that is the minimum standard allowable for me to select. This institution is deserving of negative stars or a flat 0. Bad service, bad staff, bad communication and all the top tier lecturers have already resigned from iiemsa so you will not get quality of education at IIEMSA. They are useless and do not do their jobs.
