Probably one of the worst experience ever for just buying school shoes. Went into the shop to guy Toughees and they were on loadshedding so I was told I need to withdraw cash, which I did. Bought the shoes and now I’m trying to exchange them for a lower size and it’s an issue because it’s loadshedding. Hey, I paid and it ain’t my problem that your receipt book is finished. The manager should plan ahead. Loadshedding it’s not something of today. Been here 3 times trying to exchange shoes with no success. Manager always talking about loadshedding. Arg

Best quality clothes. I have been buying at Ackermans since 2009. And till today, a very happy customer.

No help from the staff at all

Cashiers not very interested in serving customers. Also not friendly at all.

Didn't find everything I was looking for..and went again for the second time ,but still I couldn't find what I was looking for
