The food was awful. Re heated chicken raviolli covered in a mountain of cheese, the chicken was grey and the the dish smelled like cat food. The rooms are dated and nothing to assist with loadshedding.Rooms: 2/5

It was dark due to load shedding so I couldn’t take pictures. Very clean, comfortable bed, it’s air conditioner room. Convenient in between most area Sandton, Midrand, Randburg and Johannesburg.
The conference hall was neatly set up, refreshments provided was of high standards.Service: 5/5
Had an exceptional experience there in September, the Restaurant Manager is hands on, he even went to fix the TV for my guests during lunch, prior to my visit I checked the online reviews and one of the customers stated that they prefer a shower, on my visit I found both the shower and the bath which reflects the fact that the customers are the heartbeat of the company. Thank you for hosting us and listening to us.
We booked their venue for a Matric dance, our learners were thrilled with the venue. Stunning facility with beautiful scenery outside and elegantly furnished inside which worked well for photos as we ended up having a photoshoot right there. The staff was alright. Most of them had a great service ethos just one lady had a bit of attitude. We enjoyed the food more than we would like to admit, it was simple but delicious. We opted for a buffet dining and the food was more than enough for all attendees. I would recommend this venue as being priced reasonably.
Went to HOD Family Church and what an absolute pleasure it was to be there. The church is so warm and filled with love. The choir!!!!! I barely get emotional listening to people sing, but they sing so beautifully. I am seriously thinking of a change in churches because of how it was being there, you may have a new church member
I booked in at 9pm in pyjamas with my boys both under 10. Next morning we go for breakfast and the Lady Manager approaches us in a rather rude tone saying everyone in the restaurant is talking about us being in pyjamas; mind you there were only 3 other guest in that section.I have one suggestion “read the room”, understand the circumstances, I wouldn't in my right mind end up at a hotel at 9pm with two kids and have no change of clothes just nje.Highly disappointed that I had to explain to a fellow woman in the open & in-front of my kids that my circumstances the previous night did not allow for a change of clothes. However I must point out that Mpho who works at the restaurantwas such a gem, he came and apologised for the treatment we’d been put through. Thank you Mpho. No DSTV, wifi didn't work but room was perfect.
