Mopani Fresh it is fresh. The friendly service the excellent food ,great coffee Sandwiches next level. You must stop and recharge here really good. The Pharmacy also next level everything you need and excellent service. Best pharmacy in South Africa and I travel a lot.

I ordered my chronic medication on 22 April 2023 eventhough it may have been a bit early to put through my medical aid. Just wanted to ensure I didn't run out ofmedication. ĺ am still waiting for my chronic medication. Today is 9 May!!!!!

I bought part of a prescription for my son's medication on May 8th and ordered the rest to pick up the following week! On the 29th of May it still hadn't arrived, and they said to pay for the medication the next day they didn't tell me I had to pay to order the medication!!, I've been buying this medication from my son for 10 years at Mopani! !! Today, May 8th, they informed that they don't have the medication, that it is out of stock in South Africa, and they don't know when they will have it. I HAVE MEDICATION FOR 3 MORE DAYS!!! NO MONEY AND NO MEDICATION!!! everything I wrote here I can prove it in whatsapp chat, in case someone responsible wants to intervene!!
I had the most amazing experience shopping with Mopani pharmacy. Besides the easy to navigate website and amazing prices. THE SERVICE was out of this world. I was in a very difficult situation. I needed something urgently and without even a question Mopani expedited shipping for me. They truely helped keep my son safe. Thank you So much. I had ordered cranberries but received raisins instead. I didn’t realise it at the time I unboxed the packet. I put my fruits in containers so when it was time cut the packet and put the fruits into a container; as the fruits fell into the container I noticed that they weren’t cranberries but raisins! I called Mopani to tell them what had happened. Got a call from one of the managers. She was reassuring about getting to the bottom of things. Called me the following morning to ask for information she needed for the investigation to take place. Long story short - she got back to me saying that they could not help me due to the packet being opened. I asked what was to happen, now at that point and she told me I would have to buy it again item + shipping! HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM? I am not the one that boxed the item. I’m furious to say the least. I will make sure to use all but Crossings Mopani. Greatly, disatisfied.
What a wonderful pharmacy! Big and has a nice range in Mbombela. However the staff really set this place apart from the rest. The in floor staff are friendly, capable, very knowledgeable and offer to go the extra mile for your every query. The gentleman at checkout just may be the friendliest teller around. Such a lovely establishment, I love how happy their staff seem to be.
Had a very warm reception from Dr karmen when I went to the clinic, I came in a bit emotional and I needed urgent help and she was able to calm me down and she was very considerate of the fact that I'm a student when she helped me pick my medications , I love her but I can't say the same for the two receptionist I found at the clinic very unwelcoming
