There was no option for 0 star as they don’t deserve a rating. Worst customer service you can find anywhere this Spar scrape the bottom of the barrel, first you walk into the door and you obstructed by an army of security guards signing till slips as customers exist, they don’t care if you want to come in just find a hole and crawl under, then it’s the attitude of the manager and worst cashiers in the world, you do groceries there and ask them for plastics, you must tell them how many plastics for a grocery of 2k. you want and also pack your grocery in those plastics. Queues are uncontrolled they block shopping aisle it’s a circus. Ground staff is unhelpful bakery section you get people touching fresh uncovered bread, think hygiene.

There is this one cashier who is very very rude to customers...she yelled at me bringing all people's on me. She insulted me infront of many customers. I was very calm and nice to her but she didn't bring the same energy. I just found someone's else complain, which includes her because pictures of her were uploaded.. I am only 19 and I couldn't hold my tears in front of a lot of people while she was yelling at me. I don't think I'll be comfortable to come back to do my shopping . Thank you

Excellent service, they are polite and fast. The shop is clean as well.

The Spar is often characterized by long queues coupled with lazy tellers who grab your money without even a smile, let alone greet you. In fact, they work as if they don't need your money...the management need to workshop them in order to improve service.

The tills are so slow and disorganized, you will wait for an hour to pay and the staff is not bothered by the long queues. So frustrating.

Place was very busy as one would have expected but I must say the service was a let down for me,from the floor way upto the till points......fruit and veg was well stocked up only with vegetables No fruits which was disappointing because I went in looking for fruits,que's going into isle but unfortunately no express till for people like me that just needed a few things

Bigger store for your convenient, the staff here is also friendly.
