We are a government/public organisation. We are a municipal primary health care facility providing HIV and TB-related treatment, care and support services. We have a community oriented primary health care programme that monitors and proactively works towards the improved health and well-being of families in our area. We also provide maternity services for pregnant women. Our service areas are Soweto. We are open from 07:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. Our services are free of charge.

Went there for 6 weeks check up with my baby,, I got there at 9,and according to them I was late, fine.. They checked my baby and gave her all the vaccine she was supposed to receive, I believe. When the nurse had to check if I was healing well from the delivery she told me, it was time for her tea break and I should just go because I came there late, after her break she'll be attending ppl who are there for family planning.
We had a great experience at the clinic today, when we took my niece for treatment. Besides the long queues and changes due to COVID19 protocols, the staff was welcoming, friendly, attentive, and mostly, communicative. The treatment was preceded by counseling and also, the nurse took time to explain the best use of the medication prescribed. It was my first time and my mom usually goes there for her diabetes and low blood pressure treatment.
This morning I went in because I thought I had a lump on my left breast. The nurse asked me to undress so that she can examine me. I asked if she could close the blinds because people outside could see me, security guards as well as people walking down the street. She rudely refused. As if that wasn't enough, her male friend barged in while I was naked and being examined and they started chatting in front of me. This clinic does deliver medically, the staff is great and they help you with no hesitation from the entrance throughout to the reception BUT the nurses. Epic fail.
Everyone was nice, from the reception ,to the nurses, I had a good experience even though there was too much chatting and less working from the stuff at some point .

Staff being intimidated myvsenior nurses. No service offered. Patients being referred to other clinics. Poor service. This is a dump.
Ist visit for antenatal care was well serviced, nurses where patient,friendly and professional.
Service is poor all nurses and clerks go on lunch the sams time living the clinic and patients unattended
Wonderful clinic but is often overcrowded, also lacks the CITY of Joburg free wifi.
