As Moto-Netix is involved in racing, we know all the ins and outs of your racing demands.
Currently, we are developing and racing the Polaris RZR XP900 4 Race Version. The Moto-Netix Racing Team is racing this Polaris for the 2014 Donaldson National Cross Country Off road Series.

Motorcycle was send there for after market warranty repairs. Spares had to be imported. Repairs to the bike took a while, but I'm thrilled that it's running beautifully and the bike was well looked after while being in for repairs.
Staff seem very friendly although the jury is out on the standard of service. Can only say when I pick up my bike. But a good range of atv...various brands
I get my Linhai parts from here. Sakkie is my go to guy, always friendly and very helpful. If he does kot have it than he will order it for you.
Very poor customer service if it was possible I was gonna give them 1and half ..I took a bike for a tyre fitment.those guys they damaged the radiator ..I went to complain about it at their office but they denied...I let it go went to fix my radiator... when I was putting the radiator back I realised that they didn't put the tyre correctly..I had to push the bike to their sho when I get there the white lady said "we do not want your bike here anymore" I decided to call the cops... that's when they decided to fix it...
To whom it may concern, I am writing to you with the utmost disgust and dissatisfaction as one of your customers regarding the level of professionalism and poor service I have received from the Halfway house branch. My driver delivered the vehicle on the 8th August 2020 as the carburetor seemed faulty and the bike had power issues. I was informed that the bike would have to have a major service as an addition to the faulty carburetor. It has been less than 30-days from the day we paid your company R 3391.00 for a bike which had to be fixed with a full service and the Bike has broken down again. I have looked at the vehicle myself and would like to address a few issues which came to light. The filter had not been replaced, which should be standard practice in servicing a vehicle. The carburetor was faulty before and was faulty afterward, which makes me think that nothing was replaced or fixed during your service. If it cant be fixed, I am certain it should be replaced. The bike had electrical issues which meant that the front light and the ignition starter did not function at all, this was a simple fix of a loose wire which was not picked up nor fixed by your company. The back wheel was put on incorrectly which caused the bike to drive skew. I have attached pictures below, but I am disgusted by the poor quality of service that your company provides. My expectations would have been to pay for a solution, not to pay for patch work.
Bought a second hand quad bike for them. They told be its been properly serviced....and all is in good working order. One of the front shocks has completely failed, the wheel bearings and ball joints is so dry the dust is coming out of it. After paying extra for a "pre delivery inspection". When I first spoke with them on the phone they assured me that they where all about costumer care and after sales satisfaction....no help there. Thanks for noting and empty promises!
Waiting since Friday to get a quote on a starter clutch for a Polaris Outlaw 90cc...phoned them on Monday again, it is now Tuesday afternoon... And still no price!
If there was option to rate zero I would , this dealership sold me a STOLEN BIKE, and now refuse to pay me the full amount of my money back. Stay away from these guys, they are friendly and helpful to take your money, but once they have it, they aren't willing to help whatsoever. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!
Bought a Can-Am Maverick X3 from Rual, unit has given nothing but issues and promises to make right and send replacement parts has gone no where. I would not suggest getting anything from them! I will update this if they sort me out but have had no luck since 31st October 2019.
Terrible customer service. Send 2 emails to the workshop and 1 to sales. No respond back. Even called on the 16/03/2016 they will call me back for a prise but still waiting. Never call or email them. I think if you go there it will be even more terrible.
