The worst client service i have yet come across. They take the full payment on a vehicle and disappear with the paperwork. Now they cannot or does not know how to change owner of the vehicle! Pathetic and incompetent company

I contacted joyce masemola on instruction from debtsafe for 2 missing payments to arrange paymet at 30 may.she was arrogant,aggressive and useless and probably the worst employee i spoken to in 50 years at a financial institute.i can not beliwve thw poor rude service i recwived,but if you read their website thwy promise thw moon ans stara ans solutions for every problem

One star is perfect for this campany they took my car with a two months miss instalments.Which means their contract is not good for any difficulties a client can face on these days.And now they want R12500,00 to get my car back where can I get that and I gave them all supporting document since we have covid 19 and I'm only get 60 % of my salary.In period of three days they charge R4500,00

Smooth sailing! After struggling with WesBank for over two days, MFC not only sent me an offer within 12hours, but it was actually what I asked for! They didn't add unwanted insurance extras, the interest rate was great, and the representative who assisted me was super helpful and easy to get a hold of whenever I had questions. I'd recommend MFC any day!

Absolutely useless, waiting on the line for 40 mins for someone to take my call only for my call to be dropped twice!
