The place is uncrowded and I loved how the service it's very quick I was surprised because its a Friday before a long weekend. Members are nicely assisted with any missing information and given feedback of their captured claims. I thank the lady who posted what you should have with you when wanting to make a claim it makes it hassle free. First time receiving a service without being scolded at especially in these Johannesburg public service places. I hope my money comes through within this specified time
Absolutely poor service received, I have been struggling to claim since 15th of October 2022 and even the manager Anna Marie is just as useless as the people she is managing!!

In the beginning there was a delay on my claim, waited about a month before I got my first sms to say they have received my request to claimthis was after I decided to drive to Randburg and speak to them to find out if they have received my claim. I did phone them a few times to ask about the process of my claim and the lady on the other side was very rude and told me I can't phone them unless I have received my sms. Anyway after I have received my first sms on the 5th Nov, second sms on the 8th Nov to say it went to MIFA, third sms on the 23rd Nov to say it's in the queue, and today my last sms to say it's completed. So just be patient with them and if you don't hear feedback or received any sms within a month or so, go to their office in Randburg if it is possible. In the end I was happy with the outcome. Hope this helps.
Be prepared to wait a lifetime for anything to happen, no one knows whats going on or where you should go for help
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. I have sent numerous emails and I STILL have not received MY money. It is very clear that they don't want to help you. If you have a choice, don't use their services. Worst customer service ever.
they implement services that dont work properely,im battling to remote log on to there sysytem and have failed,tried calling them and get cut off or wait a long time for a consultant to assist.When you do get through, you are assisted with more problems than solutions.I cant work like this.
One word for this company. Pathetic!!!!!. Think its time we get the media in to this carte blanche for real you guys are an absolute disgrace. With excuses excuses excuses but like they say every dog gets its day and you guys will fall to the ground
Worst customer service ever. Pathetic is not even the word, sent 6 emails in 1 month, STILL no reply or assistance from Florence.
i saw them eating our pension money at their year end function, they withdrew it and ate it like the guptas. this company is owned by guptas and they stole our money we need to strike them down
