I bought Flemsolv OTC last night date 23-06-2023 when I checked the expiry date which is 07/2023, I went back and inquired about why they did not inform me about the date which I could have then bought something else because its not a medicine that you have to finish. Leaving me to discard the syrup if I don't intend to use it all at once. In my understanding I believe that customer have to be informed if an OTC medicines will expire shortly so that we can use our options instead of just been turned away from the Pharmacist.

Great friendly service. Was fairly busy on weekend which meant less staff and more people, but was happy with service and pricing. Parking was quick, but must be careful for taxis flying down the road.

Prices......mmmmm not better

Staff service mostly at night as I have come mostly at night is too slow and with the latest changes in the layout of the Chemist it has become worse as you can see with the pictures attached the lines are almost queuing outside the shop.

Only been once, but we went in the evening and service was quick and helpful. It had a variety of things available, a là Clicks or Dischem, and they have a cash counter - which was a fun newer-age surprise.

Three times now I've ordered from them. And all three times I've had to wait more than 3 HOURS for my medication when I live in the same area. This is unacceptable especially since all those times have been urgent and medication was immediately needed for health problems. And the last time the driver gave me insufficient change, taking R15 from me without me noticing duo to me being in a hurry to retrieve the medication and take it before I end up fainting. I'm very disappointed and will no longer be getting medication from this pharmacy any longer

Thank you to the young lady that was working at the dispensary counter last night, at her age she is hitting above her weight due to maturity and customer service with the long server Philip Pharmacist in the background. Keep up the good work you are rendering.

Went there late last night and while I'm grateful that they were open at that late hour, I couldn't understand why I had to wait and wait and wait..., with a pharmacist standing behind the counter, directly in front of me, reading a novel and flat-out ignoring the customers.  Bizarre... I have never experienced this before.

Service can sometimes be a bit slow, but as it is one of the only pharmacies open when the rest are all closed, that's a minor inconvenience.  Having said that, the "security" needs some training. When having temperature checked for COVID, the thermometer read 31.5 degrees, at which point he said I was good and could proceed inside.  At a pharmacy, you'd expect all the staff to know that 31.5 celcius is definitely not a "good" body temperature.  Prices are not hiked even though they are open late and on Sundays. Recommended.

Staff is friendly and always eager to assist and their prices are reasonable, open from 09:00 until 23:00 every day including public holidays and weekends
