Recently been to this movie theatre to watch Fast X. Unreserved seating, had to purchase tickets at the popcorn counter if you had a rewards card which was really delaying and with many people needing service of choosing their popcorn and drinks it was not feasible so I opted to use the automated counters instead where sadly so you don't get to use your rewards card. The usual counter on the opposite side have staff who sit there to process your tickets. There was no one there either. Perhaps it was quiet but either way, at least 1 person should have been there so people could use their rewards cards. Anyways, overall if that was sorted out and it was more streamlined this would get 5 stars
Having a rewards card is an added bonus. Staff are super efficient and friendly and deal well with the long queues. Movie house is always clean. Social distancing seating. I'd recommend the epic combo for couples good value for money.
Great place to watch a movie ,has a nice theme to it
The movies at Gold Reef provide customers with a well priced selection of snacks and affordable movie tickets. The staff are friendly and love interacting with their customers. The decor is fabulous and resembles a train station. Overall a fantastic movie watching experience.
I purchased tickets online and couldn't use them when we went to the theater. They said I had to repurchase the tickets and I'd get my money back... this was a month ago and I gave still not gotten that money back. They have been ignoring my emails stating that the money has not reflected in my account and I haven't heard from then since the beginning on May. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Although the lines are quite long it's 100%worth the wait. The entertainment areas for the children are amazing, cassino is always lively. Parking is secure
Decently priced tickets, awesome theme. Love watching the board update with the movie and times like an old train station or airport. Great staff too.
Girl with the pink scarf that watched fast 10 - 8pm show on the 21st of May 2023... I really thought you were pretty and i really wanted to get your number but i chickened out because your beauty was too overwhelming I know I'm grasping at straws here
Movies are great.... But I think they can do with better seats
Awesome pricing, great setup.. 50 bucks no need for rewards cards like other cinema
