Absolutely professional and friendly and got our repairs done properly and promptly and notification of completion of the job done within two days and great advice given as to additional equipment we could aquire from their very well stocked business and well priced

Waited more than 21 working day, lawnmower was serviced in the rush and now its stalling after 2 minutes, no attention was given to my request. Not happy with careless service. Now will have to take it elsewhere as cannot tryst their expertise and wait another 21 day

Great customer relations

They have a really lack lustre attitude towards clients. I went in to look at second hand mowers and found one I liked. They gave me a price on it and wanted to test it in front of me. When they tested it, it had a problem and they assured me that they would fix it the same day or the next at most. It's now 5 days later and they have told me after I contacted them for feedback that they will need to find a new shaft. It feels like they don't want my business and have total disregard for their clients.
