Mr Delivery Brackenfell :D

The staff don't know who their CEO is so when there's a problem no-one takes responsibility. This organisation trades from public spaces and has no control over its masses of drivers shouting in residential areas. It's phone number does not work and staff will not advise who it's CEO is so complaints are not dealt with. A situation like this should not be permitted to operate in such a fashion. If Devin Sinclair or Alex Worz is the CEO - one of them should come out from the rock they are hiding under and deal with the problem.

There is clearly no management. It deteriorates by the day. Absolutely pathetic. The original owners knew what they were doing but now it is useless.

They kept their promise to deliver my parcel within 4 days. Without any problems they did so.
