Mr. Fone Fix

THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I TOOK MY IPHONE 12 TO THEM BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT GO ON AND THEY SAID THAT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CHIP. THEY CHARGED ME R4300 TO REPAIR AND I GOT THE PHONE AFTER A WEEK. THE PHONE WORKED FOR 3 WEEKS AND THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURED AGAIN. I RETURNED THE PHONE AND THEY KEPT IT FOR A MONTH, WITHOUT PROVIDING FEEDBACK OR CONTACTNG ME. MY PHONE JUST WORKED FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS AND NOW ITS OFF AGAIN. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE CROOKS!!! I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL OPERATING. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE.

I took my phone to fix the screen and charging port I was charged 950 for the old iPhone SE screen and the charging only works at their store when I returned it they were explaining other problems even saying my chargers are delivering too much power for the phone to handle while I’m using original apple chargers. They are ripped me off these guys

I honestly expected way more than they delivered. They overcharge for poor quality screen. I WOULDN'T recommend anyone to take their phone there!!!!!!!!

Screen repair was done. Although the screen repair malfunctioned, they gave a month warranty on the LCD and were happy to re-do the repair. Would recommend their services.

I was really happy with their quick service and they were really helpful. They replaced my cracked screen cover within 10min amd my phone looks as good as new!

Fixed my phone screen in 45min. Update: Phone screen broke just after a month. No warranty on their work and they were arrogant when I tried to have a conversation about the problem. I don't recommend them to anybody.

Absolutely pathetic. Do not trust these guys with your phone at all. They do not honour their warranties and make use of replacement parts of substandard quality and doubtful provenance.

Took my phone it for the camera glass to be replaced and they messed up the camers itself. Do not trust these guys with your phone.

I got ripped off. They’re overpriced.

I am not happy with the service at all. They overcharge for low quality products !!!!
