Michael was fantastic.  He was efficient and friendly turned up on time and was extremely helpful explaining what was needed and providing helpful solutions.  He replaced 4 cylinder locks for us and also repaired a broken lock on our French doors.  He was very reasonably priced, and I can highly recommend him.

Called Michael and he was extremely friendly, arranged to gain entry and fix our front door lock, no call out charge and an exceptional service. All done within 24hrs. Michael’s prices are extremely reasonable and he spent nearly 2hrs solving our problem. highly recommended. Thank you Michael

We were moving property and a front door was removes to get our sofas through, when the door was put back on the door wouldn't lock! Our buyers were moving in within the hour, we called Mr Locks and he arrived 10 minutes later, he very quickly diagnosed what the problem was and fixed it just as swiftly! He was a genuine and friendly guy and we had a good chat and laugh as he carried out the job, definitely made the whole situation a lot less stressful and saved us a real headache, he was very professional and I highly reccomend him for any locksmith related jobs you may need !

Great service.  Lock repaired quickly and he checked all the hinges and that the door was sealing correctly when closed.  Michael also returned at a later date to fix a window with a broken hinge.  He again was efficient, and cleaned up at the end.  Great value for money too.
