2.1 Mr. Perfect cleaner and Services (PTY) LTD is an organization that was established on the 29 November 2012, the company is 100% owned by Emanuel Moribula Modisha, Mr. Perfect cleaner & services lobbies (primarily) members of the community to empower and help them reform effective into communities as employees of the MPCS cleaning projects created in communities, the organization also links the member of community with skills development initiatives and job opportunities (cleaning educational training etc.)Mr. Perfect cleaner & services was born from an employee of Lebone services from which Mr Modisha gathered cleaning experience at. The organization motivated Mr Modisha to even starts his own cleaning services that concentrated much on making the best cleaning services solution provider in the whole world and giving back into communities by occupying them in development initiatives, and having a passion of making South Africans life’s better, healthy and safe in terms of environmental cleanliness. This company is dedicated itself in hand picking high quality responsible employees on its communities for as it uses its own cleaning system.

13. OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES
OPERATING PLAN
Duties and Qualifications
The Director will perform all duties including cleaning, bidding, advertising and record keeping. The director has 3 years’ experience in cleaning and has had one course on record keeping.
Employees
There will be employees in the first contract we get depending on how big is the contract for 12 months.
Specialists or Consultant
The director will continue to consult monthly with a business consultant to setup record keeping systems and receive help with monitoring the business. The director will use the services of Accounting Services for income tax preparation.
Record Keeping, Inventory and Finances
The director will use a manual record keeping system that is combined cash receipts and cash disbursements journal.
The director will use ledger sheets to track inventory supplies.
The director will open a business cheque account at First National Bank, located in Hometown.
Licenses, Permits and Other Regulations
This business will use a legal ck certificate issued in terms of section 14 of the company ACT 2008
MPCS had applied for a National Contract Cleaning Association (NCCA) association certificate of association.
Sales Tax
MPCS will use a valid certificated of tax clearance from SARS.
Insurance
MPCS Cleaning Service will get the following types of insurance from All-Types of Insurance, located in Hometown, Polokwane see attached bids: Hospitality & General Provident Fund Insurance: annual premium or down and monthly payments of General Liability: annual premium And as the company is registering Worker’s Compensation on owner at Labour: annual premium
Payment Terms
Customer payments will be accepted by cash or cheque, which are collected at the end of each job for residential and at the end of the month for commercial contract. Payment terms will be explained to potential customers before accepting each job. If a customer does not pay at the end of a job or month end according to the cleaning service, future work will not be done until payment is received. After six months of being in business, MPCS will start accepting credit cards.
Hours Open
MPCS Cleaning Service will operate Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Contingency Plans
There will be DAY OFFS and LEAF DAYS in case of employee illness or emergency. Worker’s Compensation will be available. If the employees are injured, a site manager put other employee’s fills in until the injured 1can get back to work.
14. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Pricing
MPCS cleaning services will charge for a day of cleaning. All prices will be quoted per job: by the size, time and the expenditure of the cleaning suppliers, and effort involved in cleaning the residence and commercial cleaning, not by an hourly rate. MPCS’s fees reflect a fair market rate, and are comparable to fees charged by competitors.
Payment Terms
Customer payments will be accepted by cash or cheque, which are collected at the upfront for every contract or at the end of the month for commercial contract. Payment terms will be explained to potential customers before accepting each job. If a customers are unable to pay upfront we have an option of month end according to the cleaning service, if not so future work will not be done until payment is received. After six months of being in business, MPCS will start accepting credit cards.
