Mr Price Clothing

Their services were very poor 70% of purchased items did not have price tags, their card machines were not working and the stuff attitude and services were very bad last but not least the items purchased were torn and they did not have a mark down. This place had a very poor service, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!

The row was to long did not go in turned around in front of shop.

Staff needs training on attitude and customer service. It's as though you have sinned by walking through the door.. Perhaps they can learn from Mr Price Home staff,and the Mr price at Bela mall they are exceptional and so friendly.

I bought clothes there for my sister and they didn't fit her when I tried to exchange for bigger size , they told me they won't help me unless I have a slip even though I bought on account, they didn't even let make it inside,the manager Mmule didn't even bother to even come and address the issue she shoved me off while I was at the door and made it clear she had no interest in assisting me,if I could rate zero I would I never get this treatment at the any store not even Mr price Bela Bela at the Mall,sho I felt so small

Friendly service and items are affordable

Wanted swimwear didn't get large for my fiance

Incompetent staff, waited in the line to pay for more the 20 min other client being help before me. Wont buy there any more. I would rather travel 100km to the city.
