What a disssapoit of poor customer service, I was at Mrp Home @ Four ways mall around 16:20 pm for an exchange . I bought three items on Saturday that was on Mark down for buy three for two, bad luck I lost the docket that shows the items bt got the one for EFT as I used a debit card for purchase that shows only the amount that i paid . While I was buzy explaining to the cashier there where alady by the name of Tinny Mashianyana Supervisor she interfered our conversation with attitude she was full of dissrespect to ward me , she was buzy arguing with me for almost an hour without assistance until a store manager come to assist me .imagine she is busy doing argument in front of customers n stuff .I even explained to her that I came for the second time and I found the same cashier that asked me to came again 2day bt she did not wana hear ma story she interfered with the story that she dsnt evn know . I was thinking of going to Hello peter the way was so disappointed. Stuff should learn to recpect customer by not being bossy bt at last assist where there is a problem or misunderstanding.
Impossible to get through to anybody at Mr Price HeadOffice ! Security guard will not let you through without a PIN. You can only get a PIN by phoning the office, but nobody picks up the phone !
My 5th time visiting them in one week...because of their mistake in store....pd a week ago...their printing machine could not print a slip for me...waiting a week now for my items that is already pd....badservice
I visited your store in Atlantis Mall two weeks ago looking for sun glasses I saw online. Online it advertised that the store had 3 in stock. When I got there they did not have any. I went yesterday again, because online it advertised that the store had 7 in stock. When they checked their system the girl said their system showed they have 8 in stock. She scratched in an open box behind the counter that apparently came in and could not find anything. She looked very irritated, because she had to scratch in the box. Eventually she said there is nothing in the box, but they have lots of boxes in the back that must still be unpacked. They had the audacity to say I must come back, because they can't say when they will unpack it. I had to ASK her to take my number and phone me when they unpack. Bayside Mall and Tablebay Mall staff always go find the stock when it is advertised as " In stock" online. Atlantis Mall is actually shouting to world that their stock lay in boxes for more than 2 weeks, before they unpack. This is unacceptable; for the customer and I am sure for the owners as well. I saw the ideal headbands that I needed last week in the box behind their counter, so you actually are missing sales due to them not unpacking stock. Their accessories racks are empty compared to all other Mr Price shops.
I had the worst experience yesterday at mr price mega city where the security guard took an item from me while i was on the line to pay for it. She said it was the last one and it hers with such an attitude. I was astonished i would never expect from a guard of the store. Customer takes first priority. No matter how badly she also wanted the item,she shouldn't have taken it while i was standing on the queue to pay for it. Im so dissapointed
Mr Price is another company that needs to be avoided. They sell their customers to dodgy people. They do not provide the service they are paid and they are unable to fix the problems they created. Management approved fraud is part of the business culture.
Mr price gateway I waited an hour for a laybye..the cashier who assisted me just told me "you have to wait it's not easy to get laybyes" I mean people who came after me got theirs within 10 minutes....they guy who took the slip went forever, I guess he took his lunch with my slip .. the service was soo terrible....
If I could give0 stars I would! The worst online shopping experience of my whole entire existence! I placed an order well ahead of Christmas, as I ordered Christmas gifts and crockery for my Christmas table for my family visiting. I receive the email that my order is ready for collection, just to collect it and nr 1 all the items are broken to pieces and nr 2 more than half of my order isn’t there. They then refuse to give back my money because the products aren’t there! Now whose fault is it that my products aren’t there????? They then make me phone the online service centre and the lady there wants me to send photos as “evidence “ of the broken products! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! They said they will refund me in 3 working days. Lo and behold I only got an email today 10 days later to say they will now process a refund because they can’t find the rest of my order! So I was left without Christmas gifts, without crockery for the Christmas table and without MONEY to buy replacements! Thanks for ruining my Christmas Mr Price Home!
Mr Price is a scam i am currently paying for a contract sim card that i have not signed up for nor did i agree to the contract i do not even have the sim card. tried to get help regarding these and i have been taken up and down no help at all this also affected my credit score. when i try to contact them they transfer to a line that doesn't get answered for 1 hour and the money on my account is not going down but i am paying every month
Absolutely disgraceful service. Waiting for a refund from them for over 1,5 months and no communication - contact centre is shocking, calls cut off after keeping you on hold for 20 minutes + Nobody responds to emails. Head office directed to contact centre.
