The place itself isn't bad but the staff is not helpful at all. Their customer service is the pits. First time I went there in sweats they literally dismissed me and when I tried to purchase using a gift card I had received for my birthday, they were both rude and dismissive saying I must go back to the person who gifted me the voucher because it had no funds despite me explaining that on the app it shows me the balance of the voucher. The second time I went there to collect my online orders dressed in my work outfit, they were slightly better. I cannot stand retail shops that look down on people like this. They are giving MrP a horrible reputation.

Be careful!!!! They swipe your card twice for a purchase and when you try to get you money back they tell you to bring a stamped Bank Statement to proof it!!! Who is going to pay for the bank charges ???
