Mr Price Home Benoni Lake

The staff were incredibly rude and incompetent. I got to the store at 12h24 on Sunday and they had locked the doors closed. I decided I would wait a couple of minutes to see if one of the staff members came around. The did, proceeded to look me in the eyes and flat ignored me when I asked if they had closed for the day. She was incredibly rude. This Mr Price will not ever see my business again. You are pathetic. The incompetency of your staff in this store is shocking.

Limited stock but lovely. Some of the items that big shops run out of are still here.

Happy with the quality of my purchases. I also loved the convenience of shopping clothes and home products in one store.

The service was fair. Did not find what I was looking for and the cashier couldn't help me the next shop I can go to as she said the system is down and takes time to restart. Apparently it does that everyday after 3pm

Returned a defective item only found when we got home with it. No argy bargy, straight replacement, magic just how it should be.

Asked an assistant Nkandla where the mens jean were. She was so busy talking to another assistant and she just pointed. I then found an assistant Yvonne. She went out of her way to help me. eventually found mens jeans on the shelf that Nkandla was standing next to. I went to find a supervisor to report my bad service and all the cashiers stopped what they were doing to the detriment of the customers to listen to what I was saying. Wont shop here again..but well done Yvonne.

Very nice deco here and they keep up to latest trends. Just don't go on payday.MADHOUSE. It will definitely steal your mojo:/

My greatest thanks to Nicky from Benoni Lakeside Mall. He assisted me with the most kindness in helping me to get a Activity Lap Tray on 23 April 2016.
