the service was horrible the manager was busy counting money and cashing up cashiers when there were more than 20 people in a queue to pay.he did not seem bothered by slow moving queue.i was told i must make sure i have my card to pay account and i had to beg him to search for my account so i could pay.this is the worst service i have experienced at a mr price shop

Staff not friendly at the till, the one cashier is always moody. She doesn't evn know that you can tap/scan to make payment using cellphone service or card. Need some training

The ventilation system either needs to be installed or fixed. Literally the last time I went there I literally could not proceed to go further as I couldnt breathe. It was soooooo stuffy I had to leave. So stuffy that had they closed the main door and locked it... People would suffocate. I don't understand how people who work cope with this. It's really bad and it needs to be looked into. I hope Mr Price being such a huge brand in SA would actually look into the health and safety of not only their workers but of their customers as well. Well went for shopping there to buy bedding, spacious and clean service is superb

I checked baby bedding on their website and it showed that they have, when I got there, I was told that the store doesn't have baby section at all because the store is small. Waste of my time! I had to go to Mr Price Home at East Rand Mall.
