Mr Price, Northmead

Staff too busy playing on their phones to help customers. Since when do customers have to beg staff to help them so they can pay for their purchases?

The mall it's nice and quiet but you won't all the retail stores

Not many shops to choose from but was a good experience, managed to get what we needed. Mall very clean and a pleasure to go too

I have been to this Mr Price many times...always hoping for a different experience, but I am always disappointed. The ladies are blatantly unhelpful, there is only 1 cashier.. who is always unbelievably slow. Stock...each time I have gone...the only sizes they have in men's-wear is S or SS. Mr Price always had a very high standard from the top...not sure how Northmead Mall's branch gets away with such shoddiness.

Really sad excuse for a clothing store. If you're in Benoni, save your time and energy and go to the big MrP store in boksburg. This Mr price never has any of the clothing that is part of the latest catalogue of clothing, both men and women's clothing. The sizing is ridiculous, I went in to get a jersey and the only size they had in sweaters, jackets and jerseys were super small, small and medium. The staff are completely unhelpful and will walk past you while you are asking a question. If you are a regular or plus size person, do not go here. They do not cater for us. This store only caters for smaller figures, unfortunately, they don't even have the good clothing mr price has to offer for any size body. Do not recommend

I went there to return my short which was a wrong size and one of the managers was so rude and I almost claim my money back. To my surprise the cash teller who saved me was so kind and he gave me great service

Not a bad store, staff is friendly and all. However I struggle to get clothes in my size. Most of the clothes are S, M or large.

Slowest service, and consistantly rude, EVERY time. If it wasn't so convenient, I'd never go again. Please have a chat to your staff at least.

Does anyone ever answer the phones here? I need to find out where my two orders are that have taken 2 weeks now to be delivered to MRP NORTHMEAD MALL?
