Total racists waited in line and a black female came from other side and they did her items first. After asking the manager if i was at the correct side. They said yes and did not help me and said i should wait. When i put my stuff down they all of a sudden wanted to help

Wide Variety of items. Big space. Nice to shop at this branch

A large selection of clothing. Adults as well as children. There are some costume jewelry. Fitting rooms are nice. Be warned: do not come at end of the month's weekend because you will queue for 1,5 hours to pay. I'm speaking of personal experience.

People waiting outside while the website says it will open at 6am.. What nonsense we had to wait for over an hour for the store to open

There seems to be everything and more. There is also a designated area for marked down items for easy navigation. I give the store 5 stars

Disappointing Service. Staff in this store act as if they do you a favor when servicing customers. There is a limited range of merchandise, we thus bought shoes Online, sadly it is bigger make and the size was too big. I've requested staff to source and get the right size. Sorry - I give you refund- was the word from staff. Clearly this team does not know what customer service mean nor to keep the customer happy. Very Disappointing!

I was very disappointed, because I arrived there 10 minutes before closing time , but the guy at the entrance said that I couldn't enter, saying they were already closed. I don't know why he denied me from entering when I was just gonna grap a quick accessory. *I advice clients to go there at least 20-30 minutes before closing time or you might be denied too‍.

I just got back from Mr price vaal mall and it was an amazing experience with the clothes that are there . I got myself a red x ultimate champion makers joggers and it looks so amazing . If you want clothes that are incredible quality and and looks very great on you , I fully recommend Mr price vaal mall .

The customer service is so good. When the store it's busy they avoid having long quies by providing two or more payment stations, one cashier assisting with cash transactions and the other assisting with card transactions. In that case, this allows shopping to be easy by saving time of their customers.

The shop is big and their staff those who pack the clothes are not friendly at all for me. They have attitude I don't know for others. I know working with customers is not child play . The cashiers are friendly and helpful. The sales department it is a mess they must do something about it. End the of the month they have to do something by till the queues are long and the space is small . We become crowded there.
