I had an insurance claim that was subcontracted by my bank to Mr Technology, absolutely pathetic service from this company, full of excuses, a Mr Loots that is never around to take your calls, Charmaine never returns calls , I made several phone calls not one call returned. Both my wife and I work and there is no one home they could not accommodate the repairs on a weekend , I eventually manage to get a day off from work to accommodate repairs , I called Charmaine at 9:10am to be told the repair guys are on the way with parts, after 3 phone calls of which none were returned, on my 3rd call I am told they are still needing to get parts , it was 11am and still no one had arrived . I would never recommend the is company and will be advising my bank to remove them as a service provider. So 6 phone calls later the technician arrives at 12pm , absolutely pathetic service from this company.
Mr. Technology is very unreliable, the materials used are not good quality, it does not last , Charmain always promises to get back to you and will not, Nedbank must remove them as their service providers. They love making excuses and never take responsibility.
