i had subcontracted a clients insurance claim to Mr howard , he has bad attititude by the way he speaks and conducts himself and my clients did not even want him at the property , we had lost a job and a future client due to Mr Howards bad attitude and how slow he was to have this job done , the scope of work was to secure small structures and place in of 2 x 1.2 m sheets on x very small awanings he had taken 10 days , excuse was his supplier had no material , i advised him to buy it from builders which and his story was that builders opal fibre sheets are not good materials , eventually my client requested from her insurer a cash settlement .
