MTN Jabulani Mall

MTN Jabulani mall is extremely disappointing. The service is horrible. The staff is not prepared. One person tells you one thing and the other says the opposite.

The Store has been Offline since last Friday 06 May 2022. My payment has been processed as a result my services were suspended. They don't pick-up telephone calls. Service Delivery very poor. So disappointing.

They can't help you with other things they will tell you to call their call centers

Staff incompetence and impatience. For two weeks bin trying to do a simple sim swop and bundles set up.

Store can assist with all upgrades and accessories for current devices and data support .

I bought a dual sim fone only to discover later that the mtn service provider phones do not support the use of dual sim cards regardless of whether the phone supports dual sim.

I like mtn store at jabulani because I always get good services and those people working there are so patient when it comes to their customers. Thnx.

The store is always full and very few agents to assist. They could do with a lot of improvement.
