I have been an MTN customer for 30 years. I hate upgrading because it is always a mess the 1st time around and you have to go back several times to get things sorted out. Mohammad Ghazal helped me this time around and everything was quick painless and accurate. I got a handset which is actually in stock and the reset was just formality. Best service i have ever had with an MTN upgrade specifically Mohammad Ghazal.
