The MRA is dedicated to maintaining the Safety, Security, Health and Happiness of all our Village residents.
1. The MRA is an organization that was set up in 2003 following a particularly brutal murder in the Village, at which time (like Zini Crime Stop today) it was primarily focused on improving security in the Village;
2. The MRA has however expanded over the years and is now an organization that represents the best interest of all residents in all aspects of life in Mtunzini;
3. The basic premise on which the MRA operates is that our combined voices and efforts are likely to achieve more than the voices and actions of individuals;
4. The Committee of the MRA is elected at the AGM of the MRA which is held each year, with all members of the MRA Committee being volunteers;
5. We invite all those who believe that they can contribute to improving the Village to attend our Annual General Meeting. All are encouraged to become members, and to stand for election;
6. The sole source of MRA monthly membership is from Monthly Membership fees, with over 85% of all income spent on paying for enhanced security in the Village.;
