Horrible customer service. Went back with chicken that was raw. Manager bit into the food and said I don't think it's raw and I don't know what we can do about it now.

Nachos was a bit overdone but other then that very nice and friendly stuff Kid-friendliness: Especially the older lady very patient and helpfully. Friendly

The stuff is very nice .food is good. Can wait a little longer than expected for an order.

The order was quick. However the food doesn't taste good, it was not well cooked. They should improve.

The food is well prepared and presented. Cashier friendly, but could improve efficiency. It’s also not on to see kitchen staff taking a smoke break in full view of patrons. Equipment like sauce bottles, bottle holders and chipped tables needs updating and the place could do with a general cleanup. Update Happy to see that the place has been renovated. Good and friendly service from staff. Portions seem to have dwindled, but quality remains

We love Mochachos for their chips. The burgers are also jummy. This establishment has friendly staff so we stop here when we visit in Witbank. Tried the Gourmet Burgers. Was a nice change but unfortunately the burgers are a bit dry? Otherwise its jummy.

Food was very tasty, but the service was terrible.. The front shop assistants really need training on customer service and satisfaction as well as telephone etiquette.... The manner in which they address clients is terrible.... Please improve...
