I wouldn’t recommend the clinic to my worst enemy. I went for the dentist and that Sotho male doctor kicked me out cause I was scared shouted me and refused to help me. It is the worst clinic ever. I am saying the Sotho male dentist refused to help me
Worst clinic ever . Just to get a file you wait for over 2hours . Rude nurses ever . Infact i would recommend people to buy grand pa than going to MUCPP .you will die because of standing the whole day .
Poor service ever with rude nurses, they are useless if they can let their own people suffer... Instead of doing what they are hired for, they are busy drinking tea and chatting ncncn, poor is understatement, the service there is mediocre

management needs to do something about their administrative department and service time it's no longer the recommended average waiting hours. You'll que all day then be cut off and told to come tomorrow after spending an entire day at the Clinic
They try so hard. But insufficient resources and indifferent healthcare system make it hard.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You'll die in the eyes of the staff . The service is VERY VERY POOR !!!!!
