Bad Business services dealing with this company. Gauteng Generator Services was call out to offer their services to this company upon condition that there is a call out fee to be paid for our time to assess the generator and the travel cost as well as cars don't run on water as everyone knows this.This was accepted from the company staff member once acceptance was made then Gauteng Generator Services went out on the 22 September 2022 at 12:02 to assess the generator on site to find that they had over loaded there generator burning out the AC alternator providing 230vac to the building. Then they were told that it would be advised to replace the generator as its not worth fixing as the AC alternator cost more than half the price of the generator. Then Gauteng Generator Services have sent the invoice for payment for call out fee at the same time the quote of new generator. Have been sending emails for proof of payment with reply from staff member that they would get it from accounts department then accounts said they would send it and still to this date 01 December 2022 no payment received. I then put on Hello peter a comment about this company to the head office call me 30 November 2022 speaking to Jenny Swanson asking what the problem is and yes i had explained to them. Then i was told they would get hold of Justin Christison to find out whats happening. So on the 30 November 2022 13:26 got email from Justin Christison saying the following "No mention of a call out fee or cost was advised when we called for assistance, We were very surprised when we received a call out invoice when we received the quote for the repairs,We were not happy with your quote, so we subsequently contacted another supplier who did not charge us a call out who we then also used to repair the generator. I note your threats below. I have also been made aware that you have now made a complaint on Hello Peter. I find this very devious as a service provider to try and extort a company in such manner, however we will not be swayed by this and we will not be making payment on this invoice". Well now i have evidence that the call out was accepted in black and white on email. Then the other thing as well why is it when i go to Hello peter you now want to talk to me when i had email you so many times with not one reply? I will expose you as you have a contract that you broke. No supprise to Hello Peter removing the review, well there is many ways to catch a fish.
