The staff I was at her till She was very rude Telling me if I knw that I can pay any retailer store for Dstv I told her I knw dat why u asking me that, u dnt wanna do your job Let me save her coz this can cost her job if I display her name here That was really unprofessional

Waiting from November 2022 for my refund. Sent all the required documents. Still waiting. Went personally to this office. Told by lady there it will be processed. This was a month ago. Still waiting. Never have I met a bunch of useless people and service provider. I bet if I called now to connect they will having me up and running in seconds and no proof required. Shame they can wait till eternity and I will never use nor recommend DSTV to anyone

Visited the center for assistance. Had to wait for a short while because of the number of people waiting in line. Received good service and rep displayed good product knowledge and repaired effeciently

DSTV at the glass house used to be the most efficient place to pay your account. Now it's terrible. The staff sits and wait for a lengthy period before the next customer is called . The Manager walks around aimlessly. People are waiting for such a long time before called to be served.. it's gone pathetic. Wonder why.?

Very good service but decoder insurance neva updated nor was the old decoder brought to my notice even after I bought a new explorer thus I had to buy a new ONE AGAIN

Our visit to their office in Umhlanga was flawless even though they switched us off in error. DSTV rectified their error immediately AND cleared the outstanding balance! Loved their offices ... clear cool and well manned!

If it was the service from Njabulo, I would give 5 star. But the queue and general lack of customer service at front office and a overall shortage of staff was not acceptable. Management needs to be in attendance and contol this. Today at Durban North Dstv was a poor show. Promote Njabulo and get him to manage the place.

This afternoon I was attended to by a delightful young lady named Nobantu. She was most intelligent, explained the procedure required very clearly and managed the process extremely efficiently, despite having to do this during load shedding, and she had a delightful sense of humour to boot! What a pleasure!
