If I could give the manager of this store a 0 rating I would. First he proceeds to argue their own policy written on the back of their slip which reads, "Products have a minimum of a 6 month warranty" and then proceeds to tell me that a Sony controller that is 4 days older than 6 months only has a 6 month warranty it has a 12 month warranty Then refuses to help or be obliging just wanting to tell me that it is their policy, After calling him out on his bad service and insisting on him phoning his superior, he then proceeded to phone his district manager and tell her only half the story, when she spoke to me she was obliging and assisted. However things escalated because the manager then phoned the call center in Germany who cannot assist as they can only direct you to a service provider, whilst on the phone with the call center the manager proceeded to be wise and told me" see i told you that's the way it is" so then I asked him to phone his manager and phone Sony / Sterkinekor who was the agent, I don't know if they still are and he then argued with me that he just did and that Sony is a German product. Profanity ensued between both parties and the manager again had a snippy remark and a deplorable attitude. dancing and smiling the entire time while I am speaking to his manager / Sony call center The district manager phoned back and spoke to someone at Sony locally who then authorized the replacement of the faulty product. This is an example of how NOT to handle clients and treat them as they are less than you and not honoring your commitment to your client that if you purchase something from us, we will take care of it. Clearly this chap needs training and is not capable of handling the situation as he does not know how things function.

I tried to purchase a product on the floor. Only to find when I got to the till, the price increased by almost 50%. I spoke to the manager about getting the shelf prove, to no avail. The staff do not update their products, nor do they take responsibility for their pricing.

The shop and its business are dead.
