Strict security protocols. Lots of stock and good pricing. It's a huge warehouse that distribute to a lot of businesses and retailers. I actually ordered something online at the best price available at the time and the place I purchased it from asked me to fetch it from here. Good service and experience.
Never answer there calls to place order or find out if stock is available. Waited 35 minutes on the call for no one to answer, Absolutely pathetic. Not the first time this happened, almost every single time I call. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will definitely not buy from them again.
I've been working with Mustek for 15 years, and recently their customer service has become an absolute joke. Orders being mixed up, delivered incorrectly, wrong locations. And trying to get hold of anyone via the telephone is an absolute joke. What's going on? Mr Kan is rolling in his grave! Update: I see they've requested I send through my details so they can help. How exactly do you propose I send it? Smoke signals?
Shocking service, they have grown too big. MY quote was emailed to the wrong email address... though it was correct on the repair form. They located the wrong device when followed up. Then they sent quote, basically 1 month wait for repair. The quality of the entry level laptops have dropped considerably , problem after problem..... This was my 3rd Mecer laptop, will not be buying one again
Worst people to get hold of! After hours of struggling could I get hold of Thabezi. He allocated an Hybrid inverter and 2x batteries and he promised to confirm with a email which he never sent! The next day after hours struggling to get through did I spoke to Kwoliza who promised to follow up and dial me back in 15 minutes, this never happened. I again struggle this morning for hours to get through to a sales person. What else can I do drive through will that help?
I have no idea how companies and people do business with Mustek. Their customer and sales service is shocking. They make other distributors look good, which for the most part is quite the task.
Bought an inverter which eventually broke six months later. It took three repairs to eventually fix the problem. Lost my confidence in the company
No Service what so ever. I have tried for 3 weeks now and no one there seems to know what they are doing. I've sent 11 unanswered emails now in the last 3 weeks. No luck. They are selling equipment they themselves don't know how to operate. Total failure
I had to apologize for bothering them and consuming their valuable time, but they will accommodate the repair under warranty and I can expect a response from them in 21 days. Wow!
Technical department very helpful. Always receive good service if I need repairs or upgrades to be done.
