AMAZING! I was assisted by Jacquie who till today I believe is an angel in disguise. The service was top-tier and she was quite accommodating of our requests. We received the most stunning items and everything was great quality
Absolutely fell in love with their display pieces at the baby expo in Dec 2022 and decided to order online. The ordering process was simple enough there are picture options available for each selection you need to make and getting in contact after ordering was also quite easy- Jacquie is the absolute best communicator in the entire process. We ordered the Amy Cot Combo and delivery was quiet seamless and the gents were friendly and assembled the cot and compactum in about 10 mins. I absolutely recommend Dream Furniture for your little one's nursery furniture. They make stunning, QUALITY pieces.
Such an amazing experience! Great quality furniture, above and beyond assistance and the owner, Jacquie, works with only the best of staff!! From Baby-Expo, to our house - super professional and would recommend them every time!!
Would think that custom made linnen would at least come packaged in a box of couriered from Jhb to Capetown. This Sadly was not the caee . Our linnen came in a plastic bag , resembling a refuse bag , this obvoiusly tore in transit so our linen arrived grimmy and dirty with blue ink - guessing a pen went through the bag at one stage and left the back of the pillow with ink marks and black scuff marks.... .Rather charge extra if its a costing issue, but one is trully not wanting to be picky , but neatly packed and clean is not asking to much considering the price paid .
Dream Furniture offers good quality baby furniture and accessories, with tons of care and thought thrown into the mix. Jacquie and her team are indeed superb and understand your needs and wants! Even the deliveries were done professionally by those able to answer questions, assemble, adjust where necessary and communicate effectively. All done on time despite the day to day hiccups that could occur. Excellent service.
Recently bought furniture for my baby room, my experience has been amazing. From the helpful staff to the stunning and amazing quality of the furniture. I was kept up to date throughout the process and the delivery and assembly process was very smooth. The in store staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Prior to this I bought a tall boy from dream furniture 11 years ago and it still looks as good as new. Taken into account the amount of times Iv moved. Very good quality and a very happy client. What a dream it’s been.

From the moment I walked into Dream Furniture was absolutely amazing, from the friendly, professional staff. The ladies were so helpful in choosing out just what I needed. I purchased my babies cot, full linen set, nest and few other goodies. Jackie kept me up-to-date throughout the process of the order of my cot, was delivered on time and made up in our baby girls nursery perfectly and professional. Highly recommend anyone to visit this divine shop, can see they are passionate and caring.
We ordered the Grant cot and 4 drawer compactum during the lockdown. During this time, we were told that our baby may need to be delivered early and we worried that the nursery would not be ready. Jacquie was extremely accommodating and reassuring. She made special arrangements and our furniture arrived in time! The assembly was very straightforward and we are so happy with the clever design, quality and end result. We love our nursery. 5 stars, highly recommend this company!
