I’ve boarded my dog at ATT a few times now. The past two times, he’s come home with diarrhoea and generally low energy. The first time this lasted a few days and we had to take him to the vet. It took him almost a week to recover. When I called to report this, Nicki gave me a very blasé and dismissive response that it’s common, training at ATT is intense for the dogs, and a basic diet of rice and chicken should sort him out, which has not been the case. I also booked a live camera feed after the last incident and this didn’t help much. It took 2 days to get the feed they do mention the delay in the booking T’s & C’s and when I eventually got access, it was to the wrong run with other dogs, not my dog. I also didn’t like that I only had view of the outside play area of the run, not where the dogs slept. So no idea of sleeping conditions and if this may be where he picked up this stomach bug. I’ve trusted ATT with my dog from when he was small, but after these recent experiences, I definitely won’t be boarding my dog here again.

I took my dog there for the first time last weekend, droped him off on Saturday, picked him up sunday. Check-in and pick up was smooth, the people were friendly and helpful. But on arrival home, we noticed he had a bald spot on his elbow not sure where he was placed to sleep and ever since we picked him up, my dog has had persistent diarrhea. Its day 5 today, We had to take him to the vet today because it was getting worse. I'm not sure what occurred or maybe if where they placed him hadnt been cleaned, but thats why I won't give the place 5 stars.

Rest assured knowing that your pets are in the best of hands here - great facilities, and friendly staff who clearly care for animals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Pupper always looks happy when i pick her up. The staff are very friendly and the pen sizes seem good. Online booking system is super convenient, especially for one day only vouchers at the last minute.

Fluff and tufts Devonshire is the best kennel for little dogs, pups and cats. The team amazing and booking process is by far the best in SA. We often take our Dachshund there for weekends, some days and for long stay overs when we're out the province.

I’ve used Flufts and Tufts many times for our cat over the years. It’s homely and efficient for sure. The accommodation for cats is superb.Maybe they could have more interaction with the owners of the pets to let us know how our pets are especially for longer boarding ie. three week annual holidays. Prefer the Devonshire/ Bryanston spot.

The cats came home happy and integrated well back at home. The fact that they were well cared for counted a lot. The younger one we suspect was eating adult food from the other dish so needed adjusting back home otherwise an excellent venue.

My little Stormy loves Fluffs and Tuffs!! Well worth it. Puts my mind at ease
