Please would someone respond to my question - I am trying to source Junior Epipens that I gather are distributed by Mylan.  I have been told by 3 independent pharmacies this week that Mylan will only release "short dated" stock ie it will expire in March 2018 and will not release new stock until their old stock is sold. This medicine is essential to seriously allergic children. It is prohibitively expensive over R1000 per pen, yet we are expected to buy stock that will expire in 6 months as opposed to the usual 12 months - which is already an onerous financial burden.  If this is true, this is a disgrace.
