I was at my wits end with my long haired teacup, although she was too young to groom Mystical Pawprints took care of her problem areas in-front of the parlour while i sat and waited, free of charge. the compassion they have is unbelievable, and everyone was absolutely lovely from the moment we walked in, lots of help and welcomed advice for our new puppy, Happy puppy and even happier owners :

Always excellent! We have been taking our girls here for almost 3 years now. Every time is perfection. The owner and staff all really care about our dogs and are such wonderful people. We love grooming time. These are pictures of our girls with the owner taking such good care of them and they always come back smelling so beautiful

Sharlene and the staff are very good with their 4 pawned clients. Very compassionate and patient with animals that are scared. They don't hurry. For them it is not just a job. Very clean and hygienic as well. They also use good products to wash the animals. As a person that loves my yorkies more than i love humans i am very critical who touches my dogs, been it a vet or groomer. Mystical Pawprints therefore highly recommended.

Took my 3 x chihuahuas and 1 large dobermann for a nail clipping which is usually no fun. First time visiting their premises and their service was very friendly, efficient and they treated the dogs with such care. Would like to take them back for a bath too.

Such an amazing grooming parlor AND day care! My three babies go there and they always come home looking sooooo magnificent! The owner, staff and caretakers are absolutely wonderful, kind and compassionate human beings who go the extra mile for the animals. 100% recommend them to everyone!
