Not happy, bought new lounge suite a few months ago and one of the springs popped. I called to report it and was told to email the pictures so they could contact the manufacturer which I did straight after my call, that was on the 7th Feb, it's the 14th today and I have sent two emails after the 1st one asking what's going non, no replies, as of today I still have a broken couch! I'm so tired of wasting my airtime on follow up calls because people can't just do their job
I was looking for a kitchen extractor and was out of stock, but they arranged for me to get one from the warehouse, 3 lovely gentlemen assisted me, they were efficient, now that's what i call customer service. Thank you for going extra mile
I have just finished my 4th transaction with them and always found the staff courteous and helpful. As for the manager she has always been friendly and wiling to assist. All I can say is you reap what you sow, If you are rude people will be rude to you, if you are friendly they will be friendly. We are all human beings and would like to be treated with respect
You get a dvd player with no remote. No stock so you get demo. With dents ans scratch marks and you need to just accept that this is why its cheap. Well done House and home second hand furniture is not supposed to be your trade mark

Personally I love the furniture that H&H has however the sales guy that processed my sale was unfriendly and absolutely no customer service at all. I ended reporting this to the store manager and Charlotte advised that he will address it. Fingers crossed because for that service I could have gone to another store and spend my money there.
VERY poor customer service, especially at payments. They act as though they're doing me a huge favour. First and last. Only thing that was good was the deal I got. Wish I could give a zero rating. Still waiting on info or correspondence on how far my order is.
If I could give a zero I would. They are absolutely rude and not accommodating at all. I will NEVER EVER SUPPORT this company ever again. The Manager in charge at the Alberton branch is beyond rude.
Such a disappointment from a store with a great history. Went in to buy furniture and left dissatisfied and disappointed by uninterested and unhelpful staff.. exactly the same bad service that wants you to walk away and not look back. Great products but unmatched by staff levels of interest.
