Naledi Tents Hire

Naledi tent hire doesn't respect customers. We hired a tent for the weekend of the 18th of December 2021. On Friday they brought a fifthly dirty red and white tent. As if it was not enought, they did not fastern the tent to poles and on the ground. Around 21 hours tent felt and we phoned the owner in the morning and at first he promised to send people to come and put it up. But when times goes on no one came and we phoned him again. Gus's what, he changed his story saying they put up the tent when it felt is no more his responsibility. What a disgrace. Remember we trusted him because there are so many best companies in Bloem who should have rendered a best service but we choose him and he treated us as gabbage. Very disappointed.

I called in the early morning hours when the rain started to pour, hoping I could save a outdoor wedding reception.. Well guess what, They actually answered the phone heard my plea and got to work. They came and set up the tent in minutes in the poring rain. They where fast and more importantly they where reliable. 10/10 would call them for any tent needs

I called to enquire about hiring and the phone gets answered; hello then I ask how are u and I get silence, I say hello again and I hear mumbling, I say excuse me and then I get silence. I eventually just said no thanks I will not be doing business with you if this is my first interaction
