Nandos durbanville. Ordered and waited for my order after others got theirs before mine and the pap and relish had hardly any relish after i ordered extra relish for my husband. It seems it was over cooked in microwave and cleaned up and never replace and gave us like a teaspoon of relish. Due to long wait when i got home, food was ice cold. Chips, chicken burgers, livers etc. Sooo disappointed. And the chicken livers had zero gravy and are stale

1/4 chicken with no hot sauce on . sent photos to Canya the supervisor that told me sorry and i should come in the next day and she will replace the meal, she showed the photo to her manager next day and he says the customer should have checked the sauce before he left - very unptofesional communication Q!!! sorry extra photos by mistake

Absolutely disgusting that clients have to pay 15% extra on every item just for placing order for delivery and still pay the delivery. REALLY… do you guys think people are made of money. Then they have the audacity to ask “would you like to donate”. I think ripping people off with 15% increase on every item is more than enough to donate from their own extra profits

This is the Nandos head office, they have a beautiful kitchen that caters for staff. Nandos for every day of the week.

Friendly people welcoming and will to help and feel at home

So on Tuesday the 13th of September I ordered spinach in tangy tomato and chicken strips , basically it’s my every week order that I have here in the south of Jhb. This Tuesday though I ate at Nandos Norwood which in all fairness is usually a great store according to the grapevine . Anyway the Spinach at that branch that night tasted different to what I am accustom to. Spinach was less dark in colour , lack of tangy tomato flavouring and also very leafy and stem like. I even told my mates this spinach might have been cooked yesterday and had a sourish kinda taste with some bites . 3 hours later my whole body turned red with blotches and my lips turned blue and face swollen too. Had a hectic allergic attack and was basically due to be hospitalised but I refused to do so as I had an important work day the next day, by far that was the scariest most terryfing experience of my life and for a few moments I thought I was dying. So after analysis it’s determined the spinach wasn’t full cooked or cleaned properly and now I will never ever eat Nandos again . I say this with confidence because my life is more important and your health and food safety standards can never be trusted again . Thank you Nandos for making me value life more than ever now

Kak service at Nandos Norkem Corner. Wrong order and noticed after I had drove +8km and the customer service is useless

Please sort out your Leaping Frog outlet in Fourways. The service their is fast deteriorating. A few weeks back they ran out of chicken, and today they can't take any orders because their systems are not working.

Good afternoon I was treated bad at value market in southgate o the 20th of August 2022, Saturday , when I wanted to ask how much I should pay for topping up with olives, the lady told me that she's helping customers while she was cleaning the table, I asked if I'm not a customer, and when I asked for a managed, he gave me attitude as well, I did say that I will complain, he told me to go ahead, and even offered me a card, I told him that I know how to Google for my complaint I it was so rude of them, so many people are looking for jobs and to treat people like that was so disappointing.

I was at Nandos village Square Randfontein to redeem my vouchers from voda app and i was willing to top up the money bcos what i wanted was more than the vouchers but unfortunately the cashier told me straight that "i quote" we at our shop we choose what to give u with that vouchers and some of my vouchers didn't specify what i must get, i thought i must just buy whatever i want and then add money if so but the cashier decided to give lots of liqui fruit.....sad part is she didn't even wear a name badge, she was so rude shame.
