It all started back in 1987 with our PERi-PERi chicken in a small restaurant in Rosettenville and today our chicken is famous all over the world.

This is rare for me to say but this specific Nandos has excellent service food is ready within a few minutes a flash even really happy with the waiters, they're kind and helpful
I WOULD RATE THIS A -5 BUT UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT...Absolutely disgusted with the food from Nandos Gateway, I just ordered a while ago 19 May 2023 @ 12:15pm...And I have never needed to check the contents in my nandos take away bag as I have never had any bad experiences with Nandos, after visiting and purchasing for all these years, Today I was in absolute shock and left very disappointed and upset, The meal that my partner had ordered and decided we would eat after getting home as we began eating we found out that the chicken was still raw on the inside and was absolutely DRY and tasteless, the hotpot firstly was the wrong flavourful, and the rice seemed as if it was cooked only halfway.....I am absolutely horrified and disappointed with the food, after being a customer all these years, this is the first time It's now come to my attention that I should second guess ever visiting Nandos again, Very unexpected and disappointing, Never expected this from Nandos Gateway. Parking: There was sufficient parking
Chicken can't get any better than this. Just amazing flame grilled chicken with lots of peri Peri sauce. They have other chicken dishes as well such as wraps and sandwiches but nothing beats the grilled chicken. Good thing they all serve Halal food.Food: 5/5
The food is amazing and their service is good but these some noise if you looking for peace and quiet dnt go there but of want a lively place then you can go Vegetarian options: Dishes for vegetarians are available Kid-friendliness: It good atmosphere for kids but they lack high chairs and dishes suitable for kids they dnt even have played and cups for kids Parking: It inside the mall Wheelchair accessibility: Yes Dietary restrictions: If you on the diet you can find something to eat
What an amazing experience i am having right now. Its 20h39 at Nandos gateway i am having dinner, when i walked in Bongiwe Chili gave me a warm welcome and she was patient with me as i was indecisive she even ask my permission to serve customer behind me i was ecstatic. Then Njabulo Maphumulo gave me a five star service wow this is impressive. He did everything perfectly. He has excellent serving skills. Njabulo and Bongiwe treated me like i am their first customer. They really exceeded my expectations. Keep it up guys im watching them right now they are doing the same to every customer.
Never disappointed when we eat here! Waiting time, taste of food and service is always consistent. When I am really hungry and need a place I can trust to always deliver great food, this is where I always come.
I had called in an order and picked up, which seems the fasted way to get the food to you. The call centre was nice and got it spot on. Food was waiting when I got there. There was a small wait to pay. Was amazed at the décor when I got into the store. Was a meal for the eyes and was clean. The food was standard. Nandos is good food generally. But way more pricey than any other chicken place I know. Nice additions to the menu. One thing was that there was only one cashier which I feel there was enough staff around to have another cashier even temporarily. Like the paper bags much easier to throw away after.
