I ordered a full chicken,half mild and the other half hot. Mild was supposed to be well done and hot well done with extra sauce. I didn't get what I ordered. The meat was white,tasted as if it's half cooked. I'm experiencing this for the third time

The waiter was lost with our order. He spent some minutes with other customers who did not recognise the order. Although he found us later, it was no tan ideal scenario because of the exposure of the literally-open food content to to others.Food: 5/5

Really coasy environment, the mood lighting makes the place feel very cinmatic. Altogether I had some great tasting fries.Food: 4/5

I will definitely visit this Nandos on my next trip, friendly staff and easy to communicate.Food: 5/5

Food is tasty but the service is really bad, need better Management. Tills are always empty. At peak which is lunch time, we spend most of the time either waiting for the food/ order. Feel sorry for the one at the till as she has to pack the food and attend to clients.

The order was incomplete and had to wait for the veggies and drinks, after finishing the meal no sauce as requested.  Further delay on the takeaway container.  The service was not impressive.

Manager failed to respond positively. Hed a heavy attitude when asked to intervene.  The queue was unreasonably long, mixing new orders with people who ordered online. The operation seems severely under- stuffed.  A positive attitude and willingness to make customers feel understood could go a long way.  Please train, don't fire.Food: 4/5

Ordered Lemon and Herb for an older family member with digestive health issues. They instead gave Hot. Absolutely pathetic!Food: 1/5

We Visited This Place During Macufe Weekend as We Were in Bloemfontein. The Food Was Good Even Though the Waitress Gave Us the Wrong Order. We Called Her and She Brought the Correct One. Nice Cool Atmosphere.. Bigger Sitting Space. I Like the Fact That They Still Using Sanitizer at the DoorFood: 4/5

It was tidy and clean. The waiters were friendly. The food came quicker than we expected as it was lunchtime. The ques were long, but the service was quick.Food: 4/5
