Poor Service, I ordered on the nandos app around about 18:30 and the estimated delivery time was 19:30, It was 19:30 and the order didn't arrive, I tried calling them several times and they said the delivery guy was on his way. But he wasn't. I had to go to the store and didnt get my order cause they were closed, I called the number, that they called me from - 6 times and it went unanswered. They called me and said I should wait at the store for my order since the delivery guy had 6 orders including mine, and they didn't know where he was, I tried to track my order but ‍, I wasn't successful. I got to the store only to find out the delivery guy only came at that time I was at the store, to fetch my delivery. Almost 1 hour 30 minutes, I had to wait. *pls get in contact more with your drivers, no one wants to wait 1 hour 30 minutes, and have to drive to the nandos store for their food especially when they are hungry*Please fix your service
Mould on the chocolate sauce, icecold food on arrival and so tasteless. The salad ingredients were also not fresh. Worst nandos store I’ve ever experienced!
It's sad that I have to use this platform for my complaint, because you seem to respond quicker here. Are we now being forced to eat meat??? I ordered boujee meals with a plant-based patty yesterday and received chicken twice. I sent an email after the first one on your website which hasn't been responded to by now. After the 2nd wrong order I even tried calling the shop but no one picked. I ordered on your website the 3rd one and finally got the correct order but arrived late. I don't think one has to spend more than 3 hours just trying to get a correct order! If calls dont get picked, emails not responded to, which is the best way to communicate complaints?? I sent my details with my complaint so the "send your details to customer care email" part has already been taken care of, find another response.
The place is ok, the food is good and the place is clean, service is ok but the parking is terrible.Food: 4/5
I got the worst service here, and this aint like Nandos
Came in and out like a lighting gratitude to the cashier who was working on 06/11/22 in the afternoons big-ups. Parking: There are multiple spots
Service was good in that we were served quickly and it wasn't full. Friendly staff who listened to some request made.

Great I mostly order over the phone from this place, my orders are always precise; I never had to complain. There was a time when I could not reach them over the phone even through Nando's call centre. But it could have been load shedding.
If you don't know Nando's, you can be certain that you will always get tasty roasted chicken. Personally I have never been disappointed with any of their branches but their meals do come at an above average cost though.
