What a disappointment dealing with Natal Refrigeration has been – we contracted them to install 4 air-conditioning units at our business premises and they in turn sub-contacted this work out without informing us of this. To say the workmanship has been shoddy is an understatement and despite numerous calls all we receive is empty promises. Some of the issues are as follows: Charged for rust protection, but not applied, one unit has never worked properly since installation does not cool, another unit was leaking only to find no drip tray was installed. Natal Refrigeration inform us that the sub-contractor should honour the guarantee and in my opinion this is just passing the buck – Natal Refrigeration were paid for the installation of 4 air-conditioners and these do not work properly – the fact that they sub-contracted the work has got nothing to do with me – they have been paid for a service that they did not provide. Both Natal Refrigeration as well as the sub-contractor have informed us that they will attend to the issues – appointments made again and again yet no one arrives. Avoid using this company unless you want to be disappointed.
Would gladly recommend Natal Refrigeration. Service was great and friendly.
Efficient service and honesty advice from Arthur, the technician. They repaired one of my fridges 8 years ago and no problems with the fridge thereafter. In fact the fridge became more efficient in cooling items. Try them, affordable and no rip-off
