Absolutely AMAZING@!! I spoke to them on a cell nr after hours provided to me through Community groups CLEARLY KBOWING THEM AND THEIR Service, looked after my specific need, safety and budget - Eventually left after 9pm Ensuring I have the perfect new door and we are safe!

Ordered a replacement windscreen from them, expected to be fitted on Saturday, when I arrived on Saturday I was informed that the windscreen had not arrived and that they were going to phone me but hadn't gotten around to it, it was agreed that I come back the next Saturday  and I received a message saying my windscreen had arrived on the Friday  when I arrived on Saturday I was informed that a mistake had been made and my windscreen had still not arrived! More than 2 weeks later with 3 trips to their shop which is not very near to me  and No windscreen . Extremely disappointed in their service and would not recommend them to anyone .

What a company to do business with. Had a rock hit my windscreen on Monday. Went straight into them with my vehicle. I had pre-called my insurance by the time I arrived. They did the necessary and within the day had ordered my new windscreen from the JHB warehouse. Even though the person I was dealing with was off sick the next lady I spoke to knew all the details and advised me accordingly to the delivery date. When the windscreen arrived I popped in and they fitted it with the utmost professionalism. The fitment team knows what's what with all windscreens and fitments. Cannot fault them one bit. Was in and out within one and a half hours. Definitely the place to go for all motor vehicle glass replacements and repairs.

On first scheduled visit they had received the incorrect windshield for my vehicle. Then, having been told it takes 1.5hrs to fit, I took my Notebook PC to do some work, only to be told that the staff are not given the WiFi code. The windscreen fitters were friendly and efficient.

Really pleasant experience, the guys where done replacing my windscreen within 1 hour, they even reattached my etag and licence disc. The staff was very friendly and did a high quality job, would definitely recommend.Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield replacement

Super efficient and friendly. Loved Nirvana she was friendly, professional and efficient!!

Some guy threw a rock at my passanger car window and stoled some valuebles, if I knew how much of the inconvenience it would have been, I would have just offered the stuff to him. I think I would put a note on my window now to ask and I will give them, rather then bust my window, Lennon was great help and efficient service, would recommend him and PG glass Pinetown.
