Phoned 13h22, 13h16, 13h03, 13h02, 13h01, 13h00 without any luck, the phone is not even ringing, how is that for the National Department of Health?
I am a bit disturbed by the fact that the KZN Dept of Health is still demanding the public to wear a mask, after the Government's announcement on the matter. I don't blame staff at the hospitals and clinics, as this is the responsibility of the MEC and his/her office to issue relevant directive to the institutions. I have noticed that this KZN department is very slow and maybe lazy in implementing directives and disseminating information to its outlets. I had visited the Ngwelezane Clinic with a sick child. As South Africa citizens, we believe that the national government's directives take precedence to all other directives, so, I feel my rights were violated by this institution.
I’m Very Upset and Annoyed by the Service or the Lady that is a Receptionist at Charlotte Maxeke Her Name is Patricia Her Response or her Attitude towards People who are Asking for help is Very Bad. I don’t think she deserves to be in that institute Cause if you are Dealing with People you must have Good Energy Around the People.I would like for the Department to Deal with this Matter Agent cause We can’t Be Having Such people in the Front Desk/ Reception.
No place to report health risk to the community .mo responces no assistance .
am annoyed by the service at Mamelodi west..... people are sick but they will be on the line from 06H00 until 10H00 standing while they are sick and no 1 is attending them
BE WARNED!! The Tender process is tedious and payment is non-existent, as they promise to pay you within 7 days on "date of delivery", and days later you are still sent from pillar to post or told lies just to delay the payment process. Ms. D Maraba does not answer or respond to emails or telephone calls after date of delivery. Prior to delivery date, she would call you at least 8 times a day to confirm when delivery will take place, BUT once the delivery was done ON TIME, she and the rest of the government team disappear. This is after paying the Finance "macky" Victor Ndlovu R 1500.00 for a "special clearance fee" on the 22nd of March 2021. DO NOT TENDER for anything on Department of Public Health as they do not have the funds to pay you. Not even the Minister of Health responds to your emails nor does the Presidents Office!!!
I do have a lot of respect for the front end workers, doctors, nurses etc. But today I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the back office staff for COVID19 registrations. A big thank you to the friendly helpful and professional staff. Much appreciated. Leonine Penrose
No one answers the phone. Impossible to get anyone to ask for assistance and to get the correct advice. If I were in change of such a Department, I would most definitely take the time to read these reviews and would make a concerted effort to improve the service to the tax payers who are in actual fact paying my salary.
So far, national department of health is the best across Africa. I mean with high standards policies. That is why people from Africa come usually in South Africa, when diseases seem serious, for any surgery. Complaining is not actually the best option to solve a matter, let us see what is best instead of.... Health services across the country are better, I do not complaint at all.
I have been calling the general switchboard and four specific numbers several times a day for two weeks, BUT NO-ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I also tried e-mails, but they also remain unanswered. It is like dealing with a bottomless pit. Is anyone present at this Department? I was under the impression that they are supposed to deliver a service.
