Very professional and affordable price. They managed to fix my car key in less than 20mins. I paid R500 while 2 other places had charged me R1200. I do recommend
The Worst Locksmiths I've dealt with. They were tasked with changing Frequency on a brand new Garage Motor, within 2 hours of service the motor was Completely Dysfunctional. When queried they said It is not their problem, I do not appreciate them taking advantage of my vulnerability and the owner Was extremely Rude to me over the phone. Great services and the best part is that they constantly step out of the box to exceed customers expectations. They are the only locksmiths I use in South Africa due to their work ethic, knowledge and skills used . Thank you wo much to the National Locksmiths team.
They are affordable, relaible, professional, prompt and definitely considerate . They are the best locksmiths in this industry and I highly recommend them . I've tried so many locksmiths but none of them could assist me with my issue except National Locksmiths. Overall exceptional work and customer service.
What did you do to Naeem because he would never do that . I was in disbelief when I read the above review and have to disagree with that statement as I have a good relationship with Naeem and the company . They do their utmost best to assist anyone in need of help and if they cannot do it they go further by reaching out to others who can assist them in assisting their customers. I do not believe that Naeem would threaten anyone as customer service is key in running his business . His a very humble man that cares for his customers. The treatment and service I have received from Naeem is exceptional and I will always go back to him and his team like I have been for many many years, he knows what his doing and does it best.
They are really the BEST at what they do and assisted me with all my house and car key issues that other locksmiths said they couldn't do . I will definitely recommend them and will definitely go back to National Locksmiths.

Locked my car keys in the boot of my Audi TT today. My insurance - Momentum sent these guys out. I thought I would be waiting for a while but Schwabe was there in no time! His sense of urgency is remarkable. Thank you for your excellent service.
Trusted these guys because if their sense of urgency but they are crooks. I can’t remember the name of the guy who came through. They fixed and fitted my locks and ghosted me when I complained about their work!! I shall never recommend them
I went there to repair a faulty bmw key, they told me my key was badly damaged and cannot be repaired I have to replace it.Bought a key from them it worked for a few months and then it stopped. I took it back and they fixed it on warranty.A couple of months later it stopped working again and they said its the battery, they changed the battery fine. After some months the key stopped working again .I took the key back they repaired it but it could not work. Then they told me that the key passed their frequency test so the fault is my car I need to check fuses or do diagnostics on the car. I checked all fuses and got my car diagnosed everything passed.Luckily I still had the original key that they said cannot be repaired. That old key has always opened the boot, I tried it and it still opened the boot which proved there was nothing wrong with the car.I had to take back my old key and the key they sold me to prove that my car does not have issues its their key.When I got there thats when they told me that the key needs parts that they dont have in stock, yet I had given them the key to repair and they said everything was fine with key it passed frequency test my car was the issue. So how did a key with faulty parts pass their frequency test?.When I showed them that my old key could still open the boot thats when they decided to repair the old key which worked perfectly. Why they did not repair my old key first time went there I dont know, all they wanted was to sell a new key which turned out to be a very poor quality key, which they ironically also failed to repair. So I unnecessarily bought a new key, paid for it to be repaired, paid for my car's unnecessary diagnostics and I am still using my badly damaged irreparable old key after all.What a pathetic service!!
