Terrible, terrible, terrible. My alarm went off 3 times this morning at 5h45, it is now 6h20 and not even a call yet. If this was a real emergency, me and my whole family would be dead. Person on morning shift today, is probably taking a nap.

They promise to phone back, but never do. And when you phone them and want to talk to a specific department, no one is available. Had this issue with incorrect money being deducted from my account, promise to phone me back. Still waiting. Update: everything is sorted, going well

Your service is poor now,you keep on deducting extra amount,last month you deducted R600 something for what I don't know,last you did that again and claim is for upgrade,upgrade for what

GOOD response time and service received wih installation. Installation was done neatly. Been with them for over 2 years and would definitely recommend them above other companies.

Not at all happy with them. They should make a plan to be able to receive signals when the power is off

I called thier offices three times yesterday about the nouse the alarm is making ,Thursday morning at three o clock, then Friday i called at 08h40,then 10h50,lastly I called at 14h15 ,the last said her technicans are busy but they will cum to fixed the problem till now Saturdaynothing but what funny they took my money everything month for what really, imagine if it was a break in ,want to change and go where I will get the best service

I will not do business with them, poor service
