Having been to spa's where I'm greeted and welcomed, going to Natural Living Spa... wasn't such a vibe. The service was much slower than I anticipated, I had to reschedule my second treatment due to time. What didn't sit well with me is that the nail tech did not greet me and didn't introduce herself to me. Her words "I will be doing your treatments, let's go upstairs."

The best place for serene & relaxation. As a birthday gift, the recipient enjoyed every moment, from a warm welcome at the reception to a friendly therapist to delicious dish. The place is so neatly clean & perfectly decorated, just amazing. Thank you for your Impeccable service. Until next time.........

steam room was nice .. made the hot stone massage to have an enhanced experience and release all stress levels and muscles.  some of the therapists can lower their working tone so to improve the relaxation experience  but still the best span so far in Limpopo.

The staff is so friendly and professional. Although the stages of loadshedding changed they still was able to prepare a lovely lunch. I will be back

The best spa in Polokwane by far. We visit this spa frequently –and the new location is phenomenal. They have wide variety of treatments to choose from. Bookings can easily be made and paid online. The staff a friendly and sophisticated. Truly an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend to friends and family seeking to be pampered.
